WATER RELAXATION CENTER TERMS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>

GENERAL RULES<\/strong><\/p>

  1. The internal rules of Joker Club are binding for all visitors.<\/li>
  2. The Club is not responsible for valuables left in lockers or other areas.<\/li><\/ol>

    CLIENT OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Leave the Club premises before closing time.<\/li>
    2. Follow internal rules and be respectful to other clients and staff.<\/li>
    3. Monitor your own health condition.<\/li>
    4. Stop exercising immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, or discomfort and inform staff.<\/li>
    5. Wear the issued wristband (magnetic key) at all times.<\/li>
    6. Refrain from actions that may endanger yourself or others.<\/li>
    7. Follow instructions from administrators and staff.<\/li>
    8. Report damaged equipment.<\/li>
    9. Do not touch sauna heating elements.<\/li>
    10. Check water temperature before using the shower.<\/li>
    11. Do not enter areas of the pool deeper than your height if you cannot swim.<\/li>
    12. Keep locker rooms tidy.<\/li>
    13. Store personal belongings in lockers.<\/li>
    14. Pay EUR 10 for lost key replacement (non-refundable).<\/li>
    15. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.<\/li>
    16. Shower before and after using the pool.<\/li>
    17. Use a towel when sitting in the sauna.<\/li>
    18. Do not leave children under 16 unattended (except during personal training).<\/li>
    19. Use personal hygiene items, swimwear, and slippers in the pool area.<\/li>
    20. Collect dispensed money immediately.<\/li>
    21. Compensate for any damage caused to the Company.<\/li>
    22. Use services according to your membership terms.<\/li><\/ol>

      CLIENT RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Request assistance and ask staff to call medical personnel if necessary.<\/li>
      2. Use your own towel.<\/li>
      3. Submit complaints and receive a response:

        \u2013 by phone: +371 67321251 (working days 8:00\u201316:30).<\/li><\/ol>

        CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>

        1. For their own health condition.<\/li>
        2. For children\u2019s safety and health.<\/li>
        3. For personal belongings.<\/li><\/ol>

          PROHIBITED<\/strong><\/p>

          1. Staying outside working hours.<\/li>
          2. Photo, video, or audio recording.<\/li>
          3. Posting advertisements without permission.<\/li>
          4. Operating equipment without authorization.<\/li>
          5. Using pool\/sauna with infectious skin diseases.<\/li>
          6. Damaging club property.<\/li>
          7. Wearing outdoor clothing\/shoes in activity areas.<\/li>
          8. Shaving, hair dyeing, or violating hygiene rules.<\/li>
          9. Pouring liquids on sauna heating elements.<\/li>
          10. Using honey, coffee grounds, or scrubs in sauna.<\/li>
          11. Entering under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>
          12. Using narcotic substances.<\/li>
          13. Conducting commercial activities.<\/li>
          14. Aggressive or disruptive behavior.<\/li>
          15. Bringing glass items into VIP, sauna, or pool areas.<\/li>
          16. Jumping into the pool.<\/li>
          17. Consuming outside food or drinks.<\/li>
          18. Bringing animals.<\/li><\/ol>

            COMPANY RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>

            1. Change working hours, schedules, and prices (published at www.jokerklubs.lv).<\/li>
            2. Close certain areas if necessary.<\/li>
            3. Expel clients for rule violations.<\/li>
            4. Ban clients for violating internal rules.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
