Terms of Service of the Online Shop <\/b>www.jokerklubs.lv<\/b><\/h1>

1. Before purchasing services, please read the Terms of Service of\u00a0SIA \u201eJOKER LTD\u201d<\/i>, reg. No. 40003266078, registered office\u00a0Katr\u012bnas iela<\/i>\u00a012, Riga, LV-1045, (hereinafter \u2013 the Company) online shop\u00a0www.jokerklubs.lv<\/a>.<\/p>

2.\u00a0The Buyer shall not have a right to return the services purchased on\u00a0www.jokerklubs.lv<\/a>\u00a0online shop to the Company.<\/p>

3. Purchases on\u00a0www.jokerklubs.lv<\/a>\u00a0online shop can be made at any time of the day.<\/p>

4. When making a purchase, the Buyer shall certify that he or she has read these Terms of Service and is informed of the obligation to pay for the ordered service.<\/p>

5. When making a purchase, the Buyer shall indicate his or her name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.<\/p>

6. The purchases are processed in the system automatically.<\/p>

7. The purchase confirmation and purchase code shall be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.<\/p>

8. The prices of the services are indicated in euros, including value added tax of 21\u00a0%.<\/p>

9. On the online shop\u00a0www.jokerklubs.lv<\/a>, payments can be made by\u00a0Visa and Mastercard card.<\/p>

10. If the Company is not able to fulfil the Buyer\u2019s order, the Buyer shall have a right to cancel the order and the Company must make a refund to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.<\/p>

11. If the Buyer considers that the service does not comply with the terms of the contract, the Buyer has a legal right to submit a claim in accordance with the procedures specified in laws and regulations by sending an e-mail to\u00a0jokerklubs@jokerklubs.lv.<\/a><\/p>

12. After receiving the claim and notification referred to in Paragraph 11, the Company shall evaluate the validity of the claim and provide a response within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the relevant claim or notification by sending an e-mail reply to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. In the response, the Company shall notify the Buyer of the validity of the claim and other relevant issues.<\/p>

13. The Buyer’s personal data will be used to identify the Buyer, in order to receive the purchase, make a purchase, prepare accounting documents, including invoice, refund for the overpaid amount and refund for cancelled services.
