Wood-fired oven
The Italian restaurant O’Sole Mio is inspired by true Neapolitan traditions – a place where every pizza is made with love, passion, and respect for Italian culture.
The heart of the restaurant is the wood-fired oven, which gives each pizza its distinctive character: a golden crust, a subtle smoky note, and a rich flavor that belongs only to a true Neapolitan pizza.
Italian recipe
Our dough is made according to an authentic Italian recipe – it contains no sugar, fats, oils, or artificial additives. Only fine Molino Denti flour, water, salt, yeast, and time.
The dough undergoes a long fermentation process to become light and airy, and each base is hand-shaped and baked at 450–470°C.
In just 90 seconds, a Neapolitan pizza is born – with a crispy crust, soft center, and rich flavor.
Products
O’Sole Mio authenticity begins with the ingredients.
We use premium-class Molino Denti flour from Emilia–Romagna, cheeses from the famous Auricchio family, high-quality meat from the Leoncini Veneto region, as well as selected olives, tomatoes, and preserves from Sicily, Apulia, Campania, and Lombardy.
Each product comes directly from Italy to ensure that every pizza is not only delicious but also truly authentic.
Atmosphere
Today, O’Sole Mio restaurants delight guests in Riga and Jūrmala, bringing joy, warmth, and Italian hospitality. The new locations continue this story – yet another place where you can share special moments with loved ones and enjoy the taste of Italy right here in Latvia.
