General Provisions

1. The Gift Card Terms and Conditions of “Joker klubs” apply to all “Joker klubs” Gift Card holders.
2. Definitions of terms:

               2.1 The Client — a natural person or legal entity visiting “Joker klubs”;

               2.2 The Club — the venue where the service is provided;

               2.3 The Enterprise — the owner of “Joker klubs”;

               2.4 The Gift Card — cashless means of payment;

               2.5 The Expiry Date — the last day (inclusive) on which the Gift Card can be used to pay for a purchase. The Term of validity is shown on the Gift Card.

Types of Gift Cards and purchase options

3. There are two types of Gift Cards:

               3.1 issued for a specific service that is indicated on the card;

               3.2 issued for multiple services for an amount stated on the card;

4. The format of the Gift Card:

               4.1 a plastic card;

               4.2 an electronic gift card (sent to the buyer’s email address).

5. Gift Cards can be purchased at:

               5.1 the Administration of “Joker klubs” at 12 Katrīnas Street, Riga;

               5.2 on the website of “Joker klubs” www.jokerklubs.lv;

               5.3 from co-operation partners (rules of the co-operation partners apply).

The validity term and conditions of use of the Gift Card

6. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
7. The Gift Card is extended at the Client’s request:

               7.1 within one month after the expiry date, the Gift Card validity is extended for two weeks free of charge;

               7.2 from one until three months after the expiry date, the Gift Card validity is extended by two weeks at a surcharge of EUR 5.

8. Gift Cards that expired more than 3 months ago (inclusive) will not be renewed.
9. Upon the Client’s request, the balance of two or more Gift Cards will be transferred to one card if the Client presents both (all) cards.
10. A Gift Card for a specific service can be used for the service specified in a single visit or for another service/item worth the value of the Gift Card.
11. If the Gift Card cannot be used because the service is not provided or the company does not provide the service pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations and the restrictions established therein, the Gift Card validity term will be extended proportionate by the period during which the service is not being provided.
12. If, during the Gift Card validity term, changes are introduced in epidemiological safety measures established in the country affecting the conditions of receiving the service, but the service is still being provided, the Gift Card value shall not be reimbursed in cash and the Gift Card validity term shall not be extended.
13. Gift Cards purchased online are accepted on paper or in electronic format.
14. If lost, the Gift Card is not restored.
15. The value of the Gift Card or any part thereof cannot be redeemed in cash.
16. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase a new Gift Card.
