An excellent way to help children love water from early days!
Competent and caring swimming teachers will teach the basic skills and develop your child’s swimming abilities so that your child feels safe and confident in water. Swimming lessons at an early age also help creating understanding of the importance of active and healthy lifestyle.

Must sign up for the lesson in advance. During the class, the children’s parents can enjoy the services of the Water Relaxation Centre in line with the water aerobics price list.

Vienas bērnu peldētapmācības nodarbības ilgums ir 45 minūtes. Pēc nodarbības ūdens relaksācijas centrā atļauts uzturēties vēl 45 minūtes (ieskaitot izrakstīšanos no tā).
Piemērots apģērbs un apavi : baseina čības, peldbikses, peldkostīms vai ūdensnecaurlaidīgas autiņbiksītes. Nepieciešamo sporta inventāru nodrošina Joker klubs.
