To make sure that the time and effort you put in at the gym is not wasted, we recommend a body composition test with bioimpedance scales.
It will give you a clear picture of your body composition indicators — your true biological age, obesity level, muscle/fat percentage, etc.
The results will help you gain an insight into your current health status, as well as monitor and compare your results during training. Based on these indicators, you will have a more complete picture of your body — and this can be used to create a safer and more effective training plan.
Recommendations for more objective results:
- On the day before testing, we recommend drinking plenty of water
- Do not drink caffeinated beverages (coffee, energy drinks, etc.) on the day of testing
- Do not eat 3-4 hours before the test
- Do not exercise or train for 6–12 hours before testing
- The test is not recommended after a shower or sauna
- Do not drink alcoholic beverages 6–12 hours before the test
- Wear shoes and socks that are comfortable to put on/take off when you come for testing, as testing is done barefooted
- Take note that during menstruation, women will have a higher-than-normal body water percentage.
