Our Water Relaxation Centre is taking a well-deserved summer break from June 21 to August 31.
You probably know that movements are much easier to do in water — you hardly feel the effort, but the effect is outstanding!
Water aerobics develop resistance, train agility, alleviate joint pain, reduce stress, and burn calories. Because the intensity is low, the lessons are perfectly suitable for beginners too.
We offer mild water aerobics sessions also for expectant mothers.
