WATER RELAXATION CENTER TERMS OF USE

GENERAL RULES

1. The internal rules of Joker Club are binding for all visitors.
2. The Club is not responsible for valuables left in lockers or other areas.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

1. Leave the Club premises before closing time.
2. Follow internal rules and be respectful to other clients and staff.
3. Monitor your own health condition.
4. Stop exercising immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, or discomfort and inform staff.
5. Wear the issued wristband (magnetic key) at all times.
6. Refrain from actions that may endanger yourself or others.
7. Follow instructions from administrators and staff.
8. Report damaged equipment.
9. Do not touch sauna heating elements.
10. Check water temperature before using the shower.
11. Do not enter areas of the pool deeper than your height if you cannot swim.
12. Keep locker rooms tidy.
13. Store personal belongings in lockers.
14. Pay EUR 10 for lost key replacement (non-refundable).
15. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
16. Shower before and after using the pool.
17. Use a towel when sitting in the sauna.
18. Do not leave children under 16 unattended (except during personal training).
19. Use personal hygiene items, swimwear, and slippers in the pool area.
20. Collect dispensed money immediately.
21. Compensate for any damage caused to the Company.
22. Use services according to your membership terms.

CLIENT RIGHTS

1. Request assistance and ask staff to call medical personnel if necessary.
2. Use your own towel.
3. Submit complaints and receive a response:

   – by phone: +371 67321251 (working days 8:00–16:30).

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

1. For their own health condition.
2. For children’s safety and health.
3. For personal belongings.

PROHIBITED

1. Staying outside working hours.
2. Photo, video, or audio recording.
3. Posting advertisements without permission.
4. Operating equipment without authorization.
5. Using pool/sauna with infectious skin diseases.
6. Damaging club property.
7. Wearing outdoor clothing/shoes in activity areas.
8. Shaving, hair dyeing, or violating hygiene rules.
9. Pouring liquids on sauna heating elements.
10. Using honey, coffee grounds, or scrubs in sauna.
11. Entering under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
12. Using narcotic substances.
13. Conducting commercial activities.
14. Aggressive or disruptive behavior.
15. Bringing glass items into VIP, sauna, or pool areas.
16. Jumping into the pool.
17. Consuming outside food or drinks.
18. Bringing animals.

COMPANY RIGHTS

1. Change working hours, schedules, and prices (published at www.jokerklubs.lv).
2. Close certain areas if necessary.
3. Expel clients for rule violations.
4. Ban clients for violating internal rules.
